These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the website myfamily.gp ("the Site") and the related services offered by Drs Tomson, Laskov & Associates trading as MyFamilyGP ("MyFamilyGP", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Not medical advice.

The content of this Site is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It cannot replace an in-person consultation with a qualified medical practitioner. Always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified healthcare provider before acting on information from the Site, particularly if you are unwell.

3. Bookings.

Online bookings are facilitated by Halaxy, our third-party booking provider. By making an appointment via Halaxy, you also agree to their terms and privacy policy. Bookings are confirmed when both you and the practice have received electronic confirmation.

4. Fees, payment, and cancellation.

MyFamilyGP is a cash practice. Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Cancellation and no-show policies apply — see our No-Show Policy and Cash Practice Notice for full detail.

5. Use of the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes only. You may not:

• Use the Site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Use the Site to transmit malicious code, harassing material, or spam
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written consent

6. Intellectual property.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, branding, and design — is the property of MyFamilyGP or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

The Site links to third-party websites including Halaxy and Google Forms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFamilyGP, its partners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit our professional clinical responsibilities under the Health Professions Act when you are our patient.
