No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy.

A small practice runs on time and trust. Here's how we handle missed and late-cancelled appointments.

We are a small, woman-owned practice with a limited number of appointment slots each day. When patients do not arrive, or cancel at short notice, those slots cannot be offered to others who may have needed them.

Cancellations.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible — ideally 24 hours or more. The earlier you let us know, the more likely we are to offer the slot to another patient.

Late cancellations.

A cancellation made less than two hours before your appointment may be considered a late cancellation, at the practice's discretion. A late cancellation fee may apply.

No-shows.

If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us, this is treated as a no-show. A no-show fee equivalent to the consultation fee may be charged, at the practice's discretion.
